Everyone knows and fully understands the effort involved inserting and removing a DG sign into current market Placard Holders. Cold weather conditions force you to remove your gloves to complete this task with sometimes even damaging the sign itself (it rips and tears). This next generation Placard Holder takes into consideration the end user. It allows you to easily insert and remove the DG sign without having to remove your gloves and it is even possible to do this with one hand.

Existing clips are manufactu​red by metal stamping procedures which sometimes leaves a sharp edge on the end where your fingers make contact with the clip. Our design uses round wire which guarantees no sharp edges. It allows for a space to put your finger or thumb in to open or close the clip.

• How does the current market use dated technology? Current assembly of this product in the industry likely uses dated technology to assemble their product. Manually intensive labour of assembly affects both quality and price. Samples we purchased from existing distributors demonstrated multiple times improperly rolled rivets when we closely inspected these samples. Our solution includes fully automated clip assembly, hinge assembly, as well as, the assembly of the entire holder. This allows us to provide a better quality product at a lower cost solution.
